Working principle and structure of push type bin pump
The operating principle of the push type bin pump in Figure 1 is as follows: after the material is loaded into the bin pump, compressed air enters in three ways: one way enters from the top of the bin pump, quickly creating pressure at the top to push the material downwards; Inject the material from the larger nozzle that is tangent to the cone and inner wall of the warehouse pump, causing the material to rotate and loosen; There is a spray mixing chamber at the lower part of the warehouse pump, and air is sprayed from the main pipeline directly towards the material conveying pipe to push and transport the material. The above three channels of air are mainly supplied by the third channel, and the size of the intake air can be adjusted with a shut-off valve to adapt to the transportation of different materials. Its structure is shown in the following figure

Push type bin pumps are suitable for conveying materials with low moisture content and good permeability, such as new sand, mineral powder, polyvinyl chloride powder, and other granular materials.
