
Integrated system of negative pressure pneumatic ash removal and sorting
This system utilizes a vacuum pump and air ash separation (cyclone and bag filter) of a negative pressure pneumatic ash removal system combined with a volute air flow classification to integrate negative pressure conveying and sorting. As shown in the figure:

The system consists of an electrostatic precipitator ash hopper, a pneumatic ash unloader, an air inlet valve, and ash pipeline switching. Four 220t/h boilers are equipped with four three electric field electrostatic precipitators, totaling 24 ash hoppers. The vacuum conveying and sorting system can select any ash hopper from the 24 to take ash. The fine ash from electric fields II and III can be directly sent to the fine ash silo through the bypass of the main sorting machine. The undisturbed ash from electric field I can be directly sent to the sorting machine or first transported to the undisturbed ash silo, and then taken from the bottom of the undisturbed ash silo and classified by the main sorting machine.
The system has three capacities of 1350m3The dry ash storage, with No. 1 and No. 2 being intact ash storage. Store the fine ash generated by the classification of electrostatic precipitator I and the fine ash generated by the electric fields of electrostatic precipitators II and III. Install a set of cyclone separators and bag filters on the top of each ash silo. The ZYK-110 water ring vacuum pump is selected as the gas source, with a maximum negative pressure of 0.06MPa and a maximum ash processing capacity of 40t/h. The feeding adopts a variable frequency speed regulating impeller feeder, and the control system adopts PLC program control, with high conveying concentration and long conveying distance.
