
Design of Powder Pneumatic Conveying System
At present, the foundry industrypneumatic conveyingThe form is divided into dilute and concentrated phases, and is sent by suction and pressure. According to the characteristics and process requirements of the conveyed material, the pneumatic conveying type is selected. The following introduces the pneumatic conveying form for powdered materials.
Due to the fact that coal powder and clay powder used in the casting industry are often bagged, pneumatic conveying of powdered materials is generally carried out manually. The materials are then loaded into the sending tank and sent to the hopper through a dumping machine, or directly pressed into the hopper by a bulk truck. Powder pneumatic conveying generally adopts upward or downward fluidized bed conveying tanks for intermittent conveying. The system consists of a material feeder, a material feeder dust collector, a fluidized sending tank, a booster, a wear-resistant bend pipe, a three-way fork, an unloader, an exhaust filter dust collector, etc. (see Figure 1)

Powder pneumatic conveyingWe mainly provide various types of new sand, old sand, coal powder, and clay powder for sand processing and mixing machines that are matched with mechanized molding lines. After electronic weighing and weight ratio, they are put into the sand mixer. Generally, the sand processing department consists of multiple sand mixers, with 2-10 discharge points, a conveying distance of generally 20-100m, and a conveying rate of 6-10t/h.
