The original meaning of the unloading device is understood as a dedicated unloading equipment (unloader), which can also be understood as other equipment with this function. The unloading device is used for continuous unloading of pneumatic conveying, and the rotary feeder, also known as the unloader, can continuously feed in the pneumatic conveying system, separate in the later stage of the system, and have unloading and air locking functions at the dust removal position. In addition, it also has metering and ingredient functions.

   There are several types of unloading devices in pneumatic conveying systems, such as impeller type and valve type, among which the two are mainly used. The shell of the impeller unloader itself is cast, and can be made of carbon steel, 304, 316, etc. according to the material characteristics; Its impeller is welded with 6-10 blades to form a separate compartment. For powder and granular materials with good flowability, impellers with deeper compartments are recommended, while for powder and granular materials with poor flowability, impellers with shallower compartments are recommended. Working principle: The motor rotates the impeller in the rotating feeder through the reducer. The powdered material falling from the suction chamber enters the feeding port and is carried into the discharge buckle for discharge through the rotation of the impeller. This type of unloader has a simple structure, reliable operation, small volume, and good air tightness, making it the most commonly used discharge equipment in pneumatic conveying systems.

  Valve type unloader is mainly used for discharging materials in low vacuum or low medium pressure pneumatic conveying systems. Its working principle is to form a certain height of material column on the upper part of the valve to ensure airtightness. Due to the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the valve and the action of the counterweight, the valve is sucked onto the frame; When the material separated from the separator accumulates, the valve begins to rotate around the axis and detach from the frame, and the upper material is discharged from the gap formed. This single valve unloader does not require driving, is simple to manufacture, easy to adjust, and has less material breakage, but its disadvantages are its high height and poor air tightness.
