    Material separator: Gravity separator, also known as volumetric separator, allows gas-solid two-phase flow to enter the separator and utilize the sudden expansion of the effective cross-section of the container to greatly reduce the velocity of the rising conveying airflow, thereby losing the carrying capacity of the material. The material settles by its own weight and separates and falls; Inertial separator is a curved conveying pipe with a separation discharge hopper, suitable for larger particles and materials that are not afraid of breakage. The larger the particles, the greater the kinetic energy obtained in the conveying pipe, and the greater the inertia; Centrifugal separator, also known as cyclone separator, is a separator that uses centrifugal force to separate materials from air. Due to its small size, compact structure, high separation efficiency (generally above 80%), and low pressure loss (often between 0.2-1.0kpa).

    The bag filter in the dry dust collector has a high dust removal efficiency, reaching over 99%, and is suitable for dust like materials with particle size less than 10 μ m. It is not suitable for filtering viscous dust. The cleaning methods of cloth bags include mechanical vibration, pulse cleaning, etc. In pneumatic conveying production lines, a combination of cyclone separator+cloth bag dust collector, hopper+cloth bag dust collector, hopper+cloth bag dust collector, etc. are often used for dust separation and dust removal, so that the emission concentration meets environmental requirements.
