The air leakage rate or airtightness is an important performance indicator of the impeller air discharge device, and the size of the air leakage rate is related to factors such as the material used, manufacturing accuracy, and material wear; Its model is generally selected based on the effective volume of the impeller unloader, and the output can be increased by increasing the speed of the impeller air closing unloader, but the speed should not be too fast. Due to its frequent use in pneumatic conveying devices, there are through type, backpack type, anti jamming type, wear-resistant type, etc. depending on the usage scenario and functional requirements.

    The pressure gate type air closing unloader relies on stacking a certain height of material column to complete the tasks of automatic unloading and air closing, so it is also known as the material sealing pressure gate. When working, adjust the position of the weight on the pressure valve to adjust the height of the material column in the air closing unloader, ultimately enabling the unloader to discharge continuously while maintaining a certain height of the material column in the air closing device. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy production, and no need for power, but at the same time, it also has the disadvantages of unstable performance and unreliability.

For example, when the vacuum degree in the dust collector hopper is high, a higher vertical material column is required; For materials with high viscosity, high moisture content, and fibrous properties, unstable discharge, easy column formation, and blockage may occur. Air closers are generally divided into vertical and I am an air closer or unloader. Firstly, the negative pressure fan starts to operate, and after the material is sucked into the silo, it forms a material column that relies on pressure to avoid wind. After the material column is formed, the material is stably discharged. When the material column is too short, there is a small gap in the air shutter, which is generally not suitable for material conveying in high vacuum situations.
