2. Structure of bag filter
The bag filter is welded from carbon steel plates, and the equipment body is divided into an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, as well as a fan and a pulse control system. The upper box is also called a clean air chamber, and the filtered clean gas enters the chimney and is discharged. The upper box is separated from the middle box by a flower board, which is also equipped with dust removal bags. There are standard circular holes on the flower board, and corresponding bags are used for installation. The middle box, also known as the filter chamber, is suspended by a dust bag. After the dust containing gas enters the dust collector, it is filtered by the dust bag and trapped on the surface of the bag. The clean gas enters the clean air chamber, which is the core of the bag filter. The lower box, also known as the ash hopper, is equipped with an ash discharge valve at the bottom. The dust intercepted by the bag is blown down into the ash hopper by the spraying system and discharged through the ash discharge valve. The function of the fan is to provide power, using the principle of negative pressure to suck the dusty gas into the dust collector, and then discharge the filtered clean air into the atmosphere. The pulse control system is the brain of the bag filter, used to send instructions to the fan and pulse valve. During use, the pulse control system is programmed and timed to send instructions to complete timed dust cleaning.
