During the material conveying process by the bin pump, if the pressure is lower than 0.55 MPa, the conveying pipeline is prone to blockage, the bin pump cannot deliver the material, or the conveying time becomes longer. The purification degree of compressed air source has a significant impact on pneumatic conveying. If the compressed air source is not fully purified, it will contain a large amount of water and oil. When oil and water come into contact with powder materials, they will adhere to the gasification disc of the bin pump, affecting the flow pattern and material fluidization inside the bin pump, reducing the conveying efficiency of the bin pump, and thus affecting the smooth conveying of the system.
      The main issue with dilute phase pneumatic conveying is the material dropping problem of the conveying equipment. Sometimes, the specific gravity, shape, size, flowability, and moisture content of the material can directly affect the feeding situation of the conveying equipment.
