Warehouse pumps usually consist of feed valves, pressure valves, blow off valves, transport valves, pump bodies, pipelines, etc. The working principle of the bin pump in the pneumatic ash conveying system is as follows:

 The pneumatic conveying pump is primarily used for the transportation of powders in this system, with a high degree of automation. It uses PLC to control the entire transportation process and implement fully active control. It mainly consists of feeding equipment, pneumatic discharge valve, pump body, gasification equipment, pipeline system and valves. The transportation process of the warehouse pump is divided into four periods:


  During the feeding period: After the bin pump is put into operation, the feeding valve opens and the material freely falls into the pump body. When the level gauge announces a full signal or reaches the set time, the feeding valve actively closes. In this process, the level gauge is the main control component, and the feeding time is controlled as a backup method. As long as the material level is reached or the feeding time is reached, the feeding valve will be automatically closed.


  During fluidization and pressurization period: The pump body pressurization valve is opened, and compressed air enters from the gasification chamber at the bottom of the pump body. After dispersion, it passes through the fluidized bed, and as the material is fully fluidized, the pressure inside the pump gradually increases.


  During transportation: When the pressure inside the pump reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor announces a signal, the blow off valve opens, and after a few seconds of delay, the discharge valve actively opens, and the material fluidization on the fluidized bed is strengthened. At the beginning of transportation, the material inside the pump gradually decreases. During this process, the materials on the fluidized bed are constantly being transported while being fluidized.


  During the blowdown period: When the material in the pump is transported and the pressure drops to or near the pipeline resistance, the pressure valve and blow off valve are closed, and the discharge valve is closed after a certain delay, and then one operation cycle is completed.
