The preparation process of coal powder is economical, simple, and environmentally friendly. Adopting a continuous ball milling system, the output can reach 20T/H. The system is fed by a feeder into a continuous ball mill for powder selection and collection, collecting qualified coal. The powder is lifted to the storage bin and transported by low-pressure powder conveying equipment through high manganese wear-resistant pipelines to the combustion storage bin. After being split and atomized by a low-pressure pneumatic pump, it is sprayed into the furnace for combustion. The rotary feeder is shown in Figure 1:

The coal powder preparation adopts a continuous ball milling open circuit system to prevent coal powder spontaneous combustion and explosion, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment. Coal powder mixture has a high temperature and is prone to spontaneous combustion and explosion. Below a certain temperature, there is no risk of explosion. The temperature of coal powder preparation equipment will increase during operation, which poses certain safety hazards. Adopting an open-air ventilation pipeline system, the temperature is controlled at around 40 ℃, which eliminates the temperature conditions for spontaneous combustion of coal powder and ensures a safe and reliable operating environment for the equipment.
Improper flow rate of gas powder mixture in pipelines and coal powder dust collection systems can easily cause coal powder deposition or generate electrostatic sparks, which can lead to explosions. Adopting anti-static filter bags and explosion-proof devices to effectively prevent explosions. The key to preventing spontaneous combustion and explosion of coal powder with explosion-proof devices is to predict the explosion as early as possible and take corresponding measures to prevent it. One of the obvious precursors of an explosion is a sudden change in pressure. For this purpose, a self driven pressure relief explosion-proof door is adopted. The intelligent controller releases pressure in a timely manner to eliminate explosions in the budding stage.
