The solid gas ratio is greater than that of dense phase transportation. The working gas flow rate is low and the pressure is high. The dense phase conveying system is driven by compressed air and the core component is the silo pump. The system is equipped with necessary gasification devices, fluidization devices, gas tracing pipes, gas pulse devices, Venturi tube devices, auxiliary gas pipes, and automatic control devices. The main equipment for pneumatic conveying includes rotary feeders, Roots blowers, low-pressure continuous conveying pumps, lower guide bin pumps, upper guide bin pumps, vacuum feeders, etc. The auxiliary equipment includes top dust collectors, centralized dust removal systems, star feeders, screw conveyors, arch breaking devices (air hammers, silo gasification plates), powder silos, discharge valves, diversion valves, pipelines, air compressors, etc. The specific configuration needs to be determined according to the process flow and production scale.
