The bin pump is made of carbon steel and coated with anti adhesion coating on the inner wall. It is equipped with a feed valve, exhaust valve, discharge valve, upper and lower level gauges, safety valve, and intake system. The capacity of the warehouse pump is lm, 1.5 ㎡, 2.5 ㎡, and 4 ㎡. The compressed air intake piping consists of solenoid valves, gate valves, and Laval nozzles. The entire process of feeding, fluidization, pressurized transportation, and pipeline dredging is controlled by a microcomputer. The conveying capacity is 2-15t/h. The structural feature of the feeding pipe is that a one-way valve and nozzle are installed on an outer bypass pipe parallel to the feeding pipe, which is connected to the feeding pipe at a distance of about 500~1500mn. When the feeding plug is too long, the pressure difference before and after the feeding plug exceeds a certain range, and the compressed air in the outer bypass pipe automatically opens the one-way valve from the nozzle into the feeding pipe, cutting the material into a length that is easy to transport, thus ensuring the smooth flow of the material. The feeding pipe is a specially designed rubber hose, covered with a thin protective tube made of aluminum alloy. The inner diameters of the rubber hoses are 100mm, 110mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 200mm, respectively. The branch valve is a single channel two station, with rubber lining on the working surface, driven by a rack type dual cylinder, equipped with a contactless proximity switch, and controlled by an electromagnetic component. The carbon black pneumatic conveying system works smoothly and reliably, and has been widely used in China's tire and rubber industry.
