
Port pneumatic conveying unloader
Pneumatic unloaders are currently commonly used for unloading bulk grain from ships, commonly known as non suction grain machines. There are many small and medium-sized inland ports in China, and floating grain suction machines can be used according to the conditions of the terminal, water level, ship type, etc. The following figure shows the floating grain suction machine system of Changsha Port. This machine takes advantage of the favorable conditions of the storage ship by placing the pneumatic grain suction machine on the storage ship, which reduces investment costs, is easy to operate, and has little impact on the water level.

The following figure shows the XL400 pneumatic grain suction system at Huangpu Port, which is suitable for bulk grain operations with a capacity of 35000t and a designed conveying capacity of 400/h.

The two independent grain suction machines of the system are installed on a gate seat, which has a complete working mechanism. In addition to the gantry operation, arm rotation, and amplitude adjustment mechanism, it also has some unique features of the grain suction machine system, including the nozzle rotation mechanism, the expansion and contraction mechanism of the vertical and horizontal feeding pipes, and the transmission mechanism of the unloader and ash unloader.
When the grain suction machine is working, the loose grain in the cabin is sucked in by the suction nozzle, unloaded from the separator to the belt conveyor on the gantry through the pneumatic conveying system, and then sent to the cylindrical grain storage bin through the connected conveyor system. The two cantilever arms on the grain suction machine are one long and one short, to meet the unloading needs of the wide inner and outer compartments. When cleaning the cabin, the cleaning nozzle connected by a hose can be replaced to suck up any loose materials in any corner of the cabin. The grain suction machine is equipped with a muffler, vibration reduction device, and a small air compressor for use in the pulse bag filter. Due to the high energy consumption of the grain suction machine, it works in conjunction with a 25t loading and unloading bridge grab for unloading grain.
