Compared with traditional mechanical conveying, it also has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible configuration, fewer equipment, small space occupation, easy maintenance, and no dead corners. Therefore, pneumatic conveying is often used in modern industrial production to transport materials, such as in specialized powder factories in the grain industry, where finished products and by-products enter packaging warehouses, bulk warehouses, and are used for dumping and powder blending processes.

    The pressure pneumatic conveying device mainly consists of gas source machinery and its safety device, feeding and unloading device, conveying pipe and fittings, tail gas dust removal treatment, and other parts.

    The Roots blower is commonly used as the system air source power for dilute phase pneumatic conveying. To reduce workshop noise, mufflers are often installed at the inlet and outlet, and if necessary, soundproof rooms are installed; Only small Roots blowers that are well manufactured and equipped with good mufflers can be directly installed and used in the workshop.

    The dilute phase pneumatic conveying feeding device often uses a rotary feeder, which is suitable for powder plants, especially for powdery materials with poor flowability such as flour, because it is an impeller feeder; When the material is transported to a bulk warehouse with a larger capacity, the unloading device can be used as a unloader instead of a warehouse. When the material is transported to a packaging warehouse with a smaller capacity, a centrifugal unloader is used for unloading, otherwise the exhaust gas will reduce the unloading efficiency.

    Dilute phase pneumatic conveying is a combination of various pneumatic conveying equipment through pipelines. Pneumatic conveying pipelines are divided into pure air pipelines and material conveying pipelines: the section from the outlet of the Roots blower to the feeder is called a pure air pipeline; The pipeline after the feeder is called the conveying pipeline. The pure air duct consumes very little energy, so the Roots blower can be placed far away from the feeder; The main energy consumption is on the conveying pipe section, so the shorter the conveying distance, the better and try to minimize bends, which can reduce energy consumption. Sending materials from one location to multiple locations requires the use of branch valves; When changing the direction of the conveying pipeline, a bend with a large curvature radius should be used, and the diameter of the bend should be the same as that of the conveying straight pipe.

    The treatment of exhaust gas in dilute phase pneumatic conveying refers to the separation of materials from air after being transported to a designated location, and the separated air, i.e. exhaust gas, is treated by a dust collector; The exhaust gas is treated separately through centralized dust removal or top dust collectors. Centralized dust removal is often used at the top of multiple bulk warehouses, but the disadvantage is that different working intervals affect the dust removal effect;
