The following is about the key components of the dust collector:

   1. Electromagnetic pulse valve with strong pressure resistance, large air injection volume, durable diaphragm material, and the ability to spray effective cleaning pressure to the bottom of long filter bags;

   2. Use filter bags with good breathability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and suitable for on-site processes (such as temperature, chemical erosion, etc.), and process them with high-quality sewing technology;

   3. A large capacity, high-pressure power pack that can meet the spraying effect and is equipped with a pressure gauge and a fully automatic drain valve;

   4. A dust cleaning control system (such as PLC) that is easy to operate and enables on-site managers to quickly modify blowing parameters according to process needs. The control system needs to be equipped with an online display and recording system for parameters such as resistance pressure difference, inlet temperature, blowing time, and emission concentration, as well as alarm lines.

The main reasons for the failure of pulse dust collectors are:

   1) Dust cleaning system failure: The compressed air blown into the bag cannot effectively remove the dust adhering to the filter bag, causing the resistance of the dust collector to increase and resulting in bag sticking; The quality of the electromagnetic pulse valve directly affects the dust cleaning system;

   2) Improper selection or poor processing quality of filter bags can lead to hydrolysis, acid hydrolysis, high temperature, peeling of film, and breakage of filter bags; The concentration and dew point of the inlet airflow, the spacing between the openings of the flower plate, and the routing of the pipes are not well controlled. The design and manufacturing process of the dust collector shell and ash hopper are poor, resulting in air leakage and other phenomena;

   3) Lack of maintenance and management during the operation phase of system equipment.
