The positive pressure ash removal system of Shandong Juheng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. generally uses a PLC control system to control the operation of the bin pump. After years of program tuning by Juheng, it has achieved the advantages of high conveying accuracy and precise conveying density. In order to improve reliability, a manual operation device is added. In case of unexpected situations, it switches to manual mode. The conveying of a single bin pump is intermittent, and each bin of ash conveyed is a cycle, which can be divided into four stages.
1. Feeding stage: At this time, the working status of the bin pump is:
1) The feed valve is in the open state;
2) The intake valve is in the closed state;
3) The discharge valve is in the closed state.
The ash level of the ash hopper gradually rises, and when it reaches the set value (or set time) of the material level, the material level gauge sends a signal to the PLC through the valve control box, ending the feeding of the bin pump, and the system automatically enters the next stage.
During the pressurized fluidization stage, the working status of the bin pump is as follows:
1) The feed valve is in the closed state;
2) The discharge valve is in the closed state;
3) The intake valve is in the open state;
4) The pressure switch is in the activated state.
At this time, the bin pump is intake, and the air enters the pump through the fluidized disc, making the ash fully fluidized; When the pressure of the warehouse pump reaches the set value, the pressure switch sends a signal to the PLC through valve control, ending the fluidization process, and the system automatically enters the next stage.
During the conveying phase, the working status of the bin pump is as follows:
1) The feed valve is in the closed state;
2) The discharge valve is in the open state;
3) The intake valve is in the open state;
4) The pressure switch detects the pressure inside the chamber.

At this time, the warehouse pump is in the conveying state. During the transportation of the silo pump, the pressure inside the pump is relatively stable. After the ash in the silo pump is transported, the pressure inside the silo pump will also decrease, and the pressure inside the silo pump will remain relatively stable. After a period of time, the transportation is completed. When the pressure in the silo pump reaches the low limit of the pressure switch, the pressure switch sends a signal to the PLC, and the transportation phase ends. Purging stage: At this stage, the working status of the bin pump is the same as that of the conveying stage. At this time, there is very little fly ash in the warehouse pump and conveying pipeline. For safety reasons, the system should be purged according to the PLC "purge time". After the blowing is completed, the system automatically enters the feeding stage and starts a new round of work cycle
