Cement pneumatic conveying pump

     With the development of industry, the industrial waste gas and smoke emitted by cement plants are causing increasingly serious environmental pollution. In order to protect the environment, dust collection equipment is used to purify industrial waste gas and ensure that the exhaust gas discharged into the atmosphere complies with environmental regulations. The storage capacity required for a storage facility is first determined by the production capacity and its changes, as well as the quantity of changes in cement varieties. The mechanical equipment used in the facility includes top material distribution devices, bottom unloading devices, bulk equipment, packaging equipment, and conveying equipment.
    Cement pneumatic conveying pumps are divided into single chamber pumps and double chamber pumps; Using an air compressor as the gas source equipment is necessary to achieve a certain conveying pressure. When the conveying distance exceeds 300 meters, we generally adopt this conveying method. A single bin pump has only one transmitter. After filling a bin, it is inflated and transported until it is unloaded, and then loaded and transported. It is a gap type material transportation method. Both the flow type bin pump and the pneumatic pulse type bin pump are single bin pumps. A double chamber pump is a type of pump in which two chambers are connected in parallel or in series. Through the pneumatic automatic control system, the alternating conveying of two compartments is continuous and has a large conveying capacity.
    Generally, cement is fed into the warehouse using cement pneumatic conveying pumps, screw conveyors, elevators, or inclined chutes. Pneumatic conveying branch valves are used, or in the case of mechanical conveying, screw conveyors or inclined chutes are used to distribute cement to each warehouse.
   The pneumatic conveying pump is used to transport air in the system, and a dust collector is installed on the top of the warehouse to discharge the air from the warehouse; Adjacent warehouses can be connected by connecting pipes, and a dust collection device can be used to exhaust more air than one warehouse; Unless otherwise specified, it must be designed to be above 300mm water column or below atmospheric pressure, or to use a large dust collection fan for suction when the pressure is high. To ensure that there are no faults in the warehouse, vacuum and pressure safety valves must be installed. The pressure safety valve can handle all the air volume from the conveying system, and the vacuum safety valve should handle all the air volume discharged by the dust collection fan.
