Pneumatic conveying unloader
Unloader, also known as air damper, is a device used in negative pressure pneumatic conveying to ensure that the pipeline is in a negative pressure state and to avoid air leakage during unloading. Therefore, it is a device that enables the unloader or dust collector to smoothly discharge materials under pressure differences without leaking air; Commonly used air closers include impeller type air closers, material sealed pressure door air closers, and screw type air closers.
The impeller type air damper is a critical equipment in pneumatic conveying devices, which requires good air tightness, continuous discharge, materials that are not easily broken, and small external dimensions; Juheng powder produces different models, heights, and functions of impeller type air compressors according to the usage process.

The impeller fan is composed of an impeller and a cylindrical shell (also available in square mouth shape according to requirements). The upper end of the shell is connected to the feeding port and the discharge pipe. When the impeller rotates slowly, the material continuously falls into the compartment between the two blades and is discharged from the outlet at the lower end as the blades rotate.
The discharge rate of the impeller type air conditioner is directly proportional to the rotational speed when the circumferential velocity of the rotating blades is within a lower range at low speeds; But beyond a certain speed, the discharge amount decreases and becomes unstable as the speed increases. This is because when the circumferential velocity of the blades exceeds a certain value, the blades will splash the material and prevent it from being fully fed into the space between the blades. The material that has already been fed into the space between the blades may be carried away by the blades before being discharged. Therefore, the rotation speed of the impeller type air conditioner should be reasonably controlled, generally between 30-60r/min.
