Level gauge for warehouse pump

How to determine the material status in the pump body during feeding is achieved by using a level gauge. The level gauge is a signal control device and the technical key to whether the bin pump can effectively and automatically send signals. Radio frequency admittance level gauge, with advanced technical principles, stable measurement, and reliability, has been widely used for level measurement of various silos, containers, and pipelines, with automatic alarm or detection of upper and lower limits; When an alarm is triggered, a relay switch signal can be output, which can be automatically controlled for loading and unloading through an intermediate relay or directly linked with the starting equipment.

       The function of the pneumatic conveying level gauge is to detect when the material is fully loaded or unloaded, issue an alarm, and achieve automatic control. The characteristics of the level gauge are as follows:

       1. Maintenance free: Fully sealed integrated installation structure, all using digital integrated circuits, without any mechanical movable parts, once installed and calibrated, no maintenance is required;

       2. Low temperature float: Using digital circuits, compared with existing products, it eliminates the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on instrument operation, and does not require zero adjustment during seasonal changes. Advanced circuit design can avoid false signals caused by material adhesion to the probe, while also resisting the effects of various fluctuations;

       3. Strong on-site adaptability, capable of detecting solid and liquid materials in high temperature, high pressure, large dust, and high viscosity environments;

       4. One time zeroing: Using digital circuits, users can complete zeroing in one go while the warehouse is empty.

  In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the level gauge in the pneumatic conveying system, the probe and controller of the level gauge must be installed correctly. When disassembling and assembling the level controller, it is strictly prohibited to apply force to the shell. The rotating probe should be turned with a wrench:

       When installed horizontally, the length of the probe protective cover must extend into the container wall and tilt horizontally downwards by about 5 degrees;

       When installed vertically, if the distance from the warehouse wall is greater than 200mm, the total length of the probe must have a position greater than or equal to the control point;

       3. The distance between the high and low level probes should be greater than 500mm;

       4. When installing and using outdoors, a protective cover should be added;

       5. Ensure that the instrument casing is reliably grounded, and it is recommended to use an independent grounding wire;

       6. Pay attention to the installation space above.
