Due to the fact that the discharge valve of the bin pump is the outlet for ash transportation, the wear resistance of the valve core or valve plate is the technical key of the discharge valve. According to the wear resistance structure principle of the discharge valve, it is divided into double gate valve and cylindrical discharge valve; Usually, we use pneumatic double gate valves as the discharge valves for the bin pump system.
Why do we choose a double gate valve as the discharge valve for the bin pump? The main reason is that other types of valves and sealing surfaces get stuck with loose materials, and loose materials enter the valve chamber, which can quickly cause leakage and wear of the valve; The discharge valve in the pneumatic conveying system adopts various measures to prevent loose materials from contacting the sealing surface and entering the valve chamber. Due to the complex working conditions on site, it is difficult to avoid non-standard operations (such as opening and closing valves during pipe blockage), which damage the sealing surface of the valve operation, feed the valve chamber, and cause the material valve to fail to close properly and wear out. The double gate valve completely avoids the weaknesses of other valve types, allowing it to be reliably and continuously operated in bulk pneumatic conveying systems for a long time, and its service life is much longer than that of general valves.
The double gate valve uses a spring to tightly press the two valve plates onto the A and B clamping plates, allowing the valve plates to be freely compressed without getting stuck. The slight wear on the contact surface can be compensated for by the compression of the spring. The contact surface between the valve plate and the A and B clamping plates is coated with paired nano wear-resistant hard alloy, which prevents the contact surface between the valve plate and the clamping plate from scratching each other. The hard alloy has high wear resistance and a long service life. It allows loose materials to enter the valve chamber, turning the harm of loose materials entering the valve chamber into benefits. The loose materials entering the valve chamber are pushed by the valve plate switch, which adds grinding materials to the sealing surface. With the extension of use time, the sealing surface becomes smoother and brighter, and the valve plate is compressed more tightly; Only the cylinder needs to drive the air in both directions, and the driving air connection adopts a plug-in quick connector. There is no requirement for auxiliary air, and the installation is simple and convenient.

The double gate relies on spring pre tension to match the sealing surfaces of the left and right valve bodies, forming a reliable one-way automatic seal under the action of medium pressure; At the same time, due to the use of floating connections, the opening and closing of the double gate will cause irregular rotation due to the lack of concentricity of the axis, so the friction pattern between the gate and the valve body sealing surface is disordered rather than straight;
