1、 Prepare application materials

  • If hot work is carried out in particularly dangerous places or departments, the factory director shall convene the deputy factory director and chief engineer in charge of safety and security work, as well as leaders of safety, security, production, technology, equipment and other departments to jointly discuss and formulate hot work plans and safety measures. The hot work plan and safety measures shall be signed by the factory director, chief engineer, and the chief security officer in charge of fire prevention work before implementation.

  • Secondary hot work approval

    • The department responsible for welding and cutting is required to fill out a hot work application form for Level 2 hot work. After on-site inspection by the unit's fire prevention department, it is confirmed that the hot work conditions are met and signed, and then handed over to the hot work personnel to carry out the hot work operation.

  • Third level hot work approval

    • The person in charge of the hot work department shall fill out the hot work application form, which shall be signed and approved by the department leader, and registered with the security department in charge of fire prevention work of the unit.


    4、 Obtain a hot work permit

    1. After verifying that there are no errorsThe relevant department will sign and stamp the hot work application form and issue a hot work permit. The hot work permit should clearly indicate the level of hot work, the validity period of hot work, the unit applying for the permit, the detailed location of hot work, the work content, hot work methods, safety and fire prevention measures, and other information.

    5、 Perform hot work operations
