After the feeding is completed (at this time, the feeding is controlled by the material level and time, and the material levelAt that time, the feeding will end, and a delay time will be set in front of the material level for the feeding to end.
2. The pneumatic conveying system operates by opening the inlet valve for pressurized fluidization. When the material is completely fluidized, the pressure of the bin pump increases.
When the pressure inside the pump reaches a certain value (the set value of the bin pump pressure is set by the pressure digital control bit), the digital controller sends a signal, and the bin powder conveying valve opens to deliver powder. At this time, the pressure of the bin pump or powder conveying pipe is constantly changing.
When the pressure of the pneumatic conveying system chamber pump drops to the lower limit set value (the chamber pump pressure set value is set by the pressure digital controller), the chamber pump enters the delayed purging stage.
