When conveying materials with high concentration, solid to solid ratio, and low gas to gas ratio, the energy consumption of the air compressor decreases accordingly. When conveying materials with low concentration, solid to solid ratio, and high gas to gas ratio, the energy consumption of the air compressor increases accordingly. In the design of powder pneumatic conveying system, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as material characteristics, conveying distance, number of bends, conveying height, etc., and appropriately increase the conveying concentration to make the system more energy-efficient. In working conditions where the conveying distance is far, there are many bends, and the vertical conveying is high, it is not recommended to design the conveying concentration too high, as it may cause pipe blockage.
