What is the conveying process of powder conveying? This article provides a detailed explanation of the working principle of the powder pneumatic conveying control system. When the manual and automatic switch of the bin pump in the powder conveying system is set to automatic, pressing the automatic start button will open the hanging valve and feeding valve of the bin pump, and the bin pump will start feeding. After the feeding is completed (at this time, the feeding is controlled by the material level and time. When the material level is reached, the feeding ends, and a delay time is set in front of the material level to end the feeding).

2. The powder conveying system operates by opening the inlet valve for pressurized fluidization, and the pressure inside the bin pump increases when the material is fully fluidized.

When the pressure inside the pump reaches a certain value (the set value of the bin pump pressure is set by the pressure digital control bit), the digital controller sends a signal, and the bin powder conveying valve opens to deliver powder. At this time, the pressure of the bin pump or powder conveying pipe is constantly changing.

When the pressure of the bin pump in the powder conveying system drops to the lower limit set value (the set value of the bin pump pressure is set by the pressure digital controller), the bin pump enters the delayed purging stage. After a delay of 10 seconds, the inlet and outlet doors of the powder conveying system's bin pump are closed, and the discharge and feed doors are opened. The powder pneumatic conveying system's bin pump completes one delivery and enters the feed state again. When two or more bin pumps connected to the same powder conveying main pipe are in the feeding completion state at the same time, they shall be transported separately according to the priority order of each bin pump. During operation, if it is found that the bin pump cannot deliver automatically, the bin pump can be switched to manual mode to maintain operation, and then switched to automatic mode after the fault is eliminated.

5. Centralized control manual operation means that when automatic operation fails, operators can operate pneumatic powder conveying in an emergency state. First, switch the automatic transfer switch of each bin pump to manual mode. Then, open the feed valve and discharge valve according to the estimated time. Close the feed valve and discharge valve, and then open the feed valve for pressurized fluidization. When the pressure reaches the predetermined value, open the powder conveying valve. When the pressure of the bin pump drops to the predetermined value, close the feed valve and powder conveying valve. At this point, a powder conveying process is completed. Reopen the feed valve and exhaust valve to proceed to the next powder conveying process.
