      Generally, we use experimental methods to determine the pressure required for stable transportation of a certain material.       Record these data into the design system, calculate the total pressure loss, and amplify it by 1.2-1.3 times to obtain the actual pressure of the fan that we need. We can also estimate these total pressure losses based on years of experience. These experiences are also based on long-term accumulation and verification, otherwise it is difficult to guarantee accuracy. If the estimated value is very small, the system will not be able to meet the transportation requirements, and even block the sending of pipes. If the valuation is too large, the power will be much higher, the energy loss will also increase, and the cost of use will also increase significantly. Therefore, we can calculate the fan pressure according to the formula:

     1. Firstly, calculate the pressure loss of the pipeline and convert all pipelines into horizontal pipes of equivalent length

     2. The estimated pressure loss of pneumatic conveying dust removal equipment is generally 3-5 kPa

     3. Pressure required for material lifting

Based on the conveying capacity, the weight of the material in the pipeline lifting section can be calculated to increase the required pressure, as the lifting pressure must be greater than the weight of the material in order to be transported.
