
Series automatic control pulse pneumatic conveying device for warehouse pumps
A series continuous transmission self-control pulse pneumatic conveying device with a buffer chamber pump. Its action program:
1) There is no material in the buffer tank pump, the pressure is zero, the pressure gauge electrical contact is closed, and the pneumatic gate valve is activated to open the feeding bell cover valve and start feeding.
2) After the material is filled to the upper level, the gate valve closes and stops feeding.
3) After a delay of several seconds, the feeding bell cover valve and the release valve 7F are closed, and the intake valve is manually opened to start the intake of air into the buffer tank, and the electrical contact of the pressure gauge is disconnected.
4) After the material in the bin pump is sent to the discharge level gauge, open the small bell jar valve to allow the material to enter the bin pump from the buffer bin pump under equal pressure.
5) When feeding to the upper level, after a delay, close the lower bell jar valve and upper intake valve, and open the exhaust valve, and the buffer chamber pump starts to exhaust.
6) The buffer chamber pump has finished venting, the pressure gauge electrical contact has been reconnected, the gate valve and upper bell jar valve have been opened, and feeding has resumed. Repeatedly, it ensures that the warehouse pump can continuously deliver materials.
7) If there is no material in the buffer tank pump and the material has been sent below the discharge level in the tank pump, the lower bell jar valve will not open, and the discharge pneumatic valve will act after a delay, closing the pneumatic ball valve and stopping the sending to prevent the material in the tank pump from emptying and escaping.
