It is designed based on the principle of vortex airflow, hence it is called a vortex chamber pump.
The operating principle is as follows: After the material is loaded into the bin pump, compressed air is sprayed out at high speed through dozens of nozzles tangent to the inner wall of the bin pump cone through the air duct, forming a strong vortex airflow that rotates the animal material and reaches a high mixing ratio before entering the conveying pipe, achieving high concentration conveying. The key component of the vortex type chamber pump structure is the nozzle form of the cone part of the chamber pump.
