Precautions for starting up the pneumatic conveying system for resuming work after the holiday

Pneumatic conveying is a closed-loop system, in which dust can be easily eliminated. Compared with mechanical conveying, pneumatic conveying can achieve a higher conveying distance. This distance includes rolling in all directions such as length and vertical height. The installation space required for pneumatic conveying systems is very small, and compared to traditional mechanical conveying, the space occupied by dilute phase conveying can even be ignored. Therefore, pneumatic conveying is more suitable for complex factory layouts than traditional mechanical conveying. Nowadays, China's industrial development is accelerating, and the equipment produced is already very sophisticated. Compared with traditional mechanical conveying, dilute phase conveying can reduce the occurrence of failures and single point maintenance.

What are the precautions for starting pneumatic conveying? Let's take a look together:

1. Start the dust collector on the top of the ash silo: pay attention to whether the induced draft fan of the dust collector is running normally. Is the pressure of the bag blowback normal, and are the blowback solenoid valves operating at regular intervals according to the specified sequence.

2. Start the power fan: Pay attention to observing whether the motor current value and fan outlet pressure value are normal. If the pressure rapidly increases or the current value increases, it may be due to the two intake valves not opening as required or not opening properly. At this time, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and the valve should be opened in place.

3. Start the continuous pump air lock: pay attention to whether the operation is smooth and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.

4. Dust pipeline, pay attention to whether the discharge is normal. Generally, it can be detected by tapping and listening to sound and manually testing the temperature.
