Common faults:

Internal noise: Generally, there are common situations where noise occurs. Firstly, there is material entering between the rotor and the side plate. Gas flushing can be carried out from the position of the side plug, which can be repeated several times; Secondly, when the casing or liner comes into contact with the rotor, the gap can be widened to achieve the appropriate clearance; 3、 If there is powder adhering to the inner surface of the casing and the powder melts, the gap between the rotor and the casing disappears, and the adhered material can be cleaned up to reduce the rotor end face area.

Vibration during equipment operation: This situation may generally occur due to the chain being too tight or particles getting stuck. You can loosen the chain or install a buffer plate appropriately.

Insufficient displacement: Firstly, due to the effect of internal gas, the falling of powder particles is hindered, and pumping measures can be taken

Secondly, the bulk density of the powder particles is different from the set value, and the method of increasing the rotational speed can be adopted

Note: The contact between the casing and the rotor can cause the feeder to burn out, increase the rotational resistance, and in most cases, cause the motor to trip.
