Structure and Function of Powder Pneumatic Conveying System

The powder pneumatic conveying system transports bulk materials through pipelines. The common components used by conveying manufacturers include material introduction points, pipelines, receiving points, and airflow moving devices, but the specific properties and capacity of the system vary depending on the model. The flexibility of the powder pneumatic conveying system pipelines allows them to be installed in existing spaces as they can be arranged around the equipment. A well-designed powder pneumatic conveying system is a practical and economical way of transporting materials, which can effectively transport materials from one point to another with higher conveying efficiency than mechanical systems. Powder pneumatic conveying systems are common in many industries because they provide a cost-effective and reduced material loss way to handle bulk materials. Today, the conveyor manufacturer will take you on a deep analysis of the conveyor system. There are various forms of conveyor systems that can be used according to the needs of specific industries. Powder pneumatic conveying system can be used in the industrial field of conveying powdered and granular raw materials.

The powder pneumatic conveying system manufactured by the conveying manufacturer is an industrial conveying system that can run vertically or horizontally for long distances and provide protection to prevent dust emissions into the atmosphere. Conveyor manufacturers can customize practical systems with low maintenance and operation costs. Air flow pressure or vacuum, used for conveying materials, has three main categories of pneumatic conveying methods. According to specific speeds, system pressure and air product ratios are divided into dilute phase conveying and dense phase conveying. Dilute phase transportation is a continuous, high-speed, low-pressure, high air to product loading ratio process. This process is achieved by pushing or pulling suspended matter in the air through the velocity of the airflow. The system can be designed as a positive pressure system, a vacuum system (negative pressure system), or a combination of both.

Due to the enclosed nature of the pneumatic conveyor, there will not be too many components when transporting materials. The vacuum conveying system controls the vacuum at the receiving end to pull the material through the closed pipeline, while the positive pressure powder pneumatic conveying system injects compressed air at the inlet or system inlet to push the material through the pipeline. The powder pneumatic conveying system is an integrated equipment different from mechanical conveyors, and should be distinguished based on its different characteristics and advantages. For choosing between a dilute phase powder pneumatic conveying system or a dense phase conveyor, the optimal choice needs to be made based on the specific application.
